About Me

DeniseWell, hello there!  My name is Denise and I have been suffering from back pain for over thirty years.

I have experienced many different issues including “pulling my back out”, sciatica, muscle spasms, arthritis and herniated disks.  A couple of years ago, in fact, I had two herniated disks simultaneously in my lower back.  This led to living several months in constant and excruciating pain followed by another several months of frequent flare-up episodes.  At which point, I decided to try chiropractic care and physical therapy AGAIN.  Within the first week of this quest to end back pain, I was laid up in bed.  I pushed myself though and continued the treatment for eight weeks.  I felt I was worse off than ever and decided there had to be a happy medium.  While I do have improvement with my lower back pain currently, I now have arthritis in my right hip and left ankle.  So the saga continues…

Over the years, I have tried almost everything.  I am not into painkillers, thankfully, as surely I would be a junkie by now.  I have learned along the way that reducing back pain is about motion and flexibility.

I created this website to bring information and recommendations to hopefully help any of you out there who know what it’s like to walk (or should I say, hobble along) in my shoes.  I invite you to share your story or comments below.

Thank you for visiting and best wishes,

I haven’t seen you at our office in a long time. Your mom brought it up to my attention that you have created this site. That is because I have missed the last two days of work, due to my back.
I asked her what does the “And more” stand for and she wasn’t sure. Currently, I am using a cane. Therefore, I thought I might ask if you were going to advertise anything like canes etc.? This opens your inventory to a whole new world.

    Just a thought.
